Pastors Dustin and Ashley Dale
Executive Pastors and Directors of Forward Ministries

Having been raised in pastors' homes, both Pastors Dustin and Ashley have been exposed to dead religion and the Spirit of Revival. Dustin and Ashley have a strong love and passion for the presence of God that will transform every person into vessels of fire.

With strong prophetic, preaching and teaching gifts, Dustin and Ashley are a vital part of the Team at Forward Church. As Directors of Forward Ministries, they have given their lives to building the Kingdom and knowing the ins and outs of a thriving revival center.

Pastor Dustin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University in Psychology with a concentration in substance abuse.  He also functions as Director of Music for Forward Ministries.

Pastors Duane and Deborah Hinshaw
Associate Pastors and Directors of Pastoral Ministries

With 24 years of full-time ministry experience, Pastors Duane and Deborah are truly outstanding pastors at Forward Church. They have given their lives to train, build and nurture the local body until each person can fully walk in destiny.

They are people of character, steadfast, full of integrity and hold every characteristic of elders in the Word. Their Knowledge of the Word, lives of Intercession and practical wisdom have made them pillars at Forward Church.

Pastor Duane has a Bachelor's degree from Northwest Bible College in Bible with a minor in Christian Education. Pastor Deborah has a Bachelor's degree from Southwest Baptist University in General Education and is pursuing a Master's in Administration and Education. Pastor Deborah also functions as administrator for Forward Ministries.

Pastor Maegan and Jeremy Stevens
Associate Pastors and Director of Student Ministries

Stirred with passion to see the generations of young people rise up with the Spirit of God and carry revival to the nations, Pastor Maegan and Jeremy Stevens lead a persistent generation forward into the battle for revival.

Maegan and Jeremy are vital leaders at Forward Church as Directors of Student Ministries. Pastor Maegan is a integral part of the Worship Ministry, including prophetic song and training others in interpretive dance. Jeremy also facilitates the ministry as Director of Audio/Visual and Media.

Pastor Tonia Pearson
Associate Pastor and Director of Pastoral Care

Pastor Tonia and her family began attending the church in 2001 with little knowledge of the Scriptures, Revival or Intercession. However, she knew how to serve, listen and practice what she heard being taught.

In 2007, Tonia joined the team of pastors as a junior pastor and Director of Singles' Ministries. Pastor Tonia continues to lead with a love and compassion for the local body, to see them overcome in their lives, live in destiny, and become carriers of Revival.  With such desire and zeal, Pastor Tonia directs the Pastoral Care ministry of Forward Church.

Pastor Karon French
Associate Pastor of Intercessory Prayer

Pastor Karon French is the leader of Intercessory Prayer groups at Forward Church. With a strong spirit of prayer, she trains and teaches others the power of Intercession, how to pray and how to get results. As Pastor of Prayer, her passion and endurance is an undeniable pillar in Forward Church.

Jan Baker was raised in a preacher’s home from the age of five.  Her father, an ordained minister for the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), pioneered numerous churches across the Midwest and Northwest United States and held pastorate in eight States.  As a minister’s daughter, Jan Baker grew up around the typical church scene.

From an early age, Jan Baker was taught the necessity, power, privilege, and experience of prayer. The teaching she received in childhood and teenage years has kept her on a journey toward destiny ever since. She has been effectively teaching the same power of prayer for over twenty-five years.

After nearly eighteen years of pastorate in Denver, Colorado, thirteen years of pastorate in the Church of God and 5 years of national and international itinerate ministry, Jan Baker moved her ministry headquarters to the Northwest Louisiana. While in Louisiana, a vibrant church was planted and during a New Year’s Service on December 31, 2002, the “winds of God” began to blow. Since 2003, Prophetess Baker has dedicated her life to the pursuit of the Kingdom of God and the carrying of revival to the nations. The season of pioneering in Louisiana did not come easily.  Jan Baker faced crisis, loss, betrayal and enormous spiritual warfare in both ministerial and personal levels.  However, having a firm foundation from childhood, she continued to see breakthrough in every realm.

In February 2008, Jan Baker and a team of pastors agreed to carry the winds of Revival to the Raleigh, North Carolina metro area. It was during this relocation that Prophetess Baker connected with the Kansas City Revival at World Revival Church (home to the Smithton Outpouring) and realized that her passion for city-wide revival was not merely a dream. Now, as a member of World Revival Network, she and the congregation of Forward Church are living the dream.

Upon relocation to North Carolina, Prophetess Baker felt it was necessary to pioneer a Church with a passion for revival.  During this season, Forward Church is the main focus, serving as a vibrant and energetic home base for Jan Baker Ministries. Beyond Forward Church, Jan Baker continues her itinerate ministry, both nationally and globally.

The ministry of Jan Baker highlights revival, as she imparts life and restores the broken and captive everywhere she travels.  She preaches a challenging message that will inspire you, both naturally and spiritually, to walk into your destiny.  Jan Baker ministers with intense deliverance and apostolic/prophetic anointing, preaching and living an uncompromised Gospel and a demonstration of the power of that Gospel.
